Buttons are not translated

Hello
There seem to be some problems with form translations.
Originally I added a
that surrounds everything on my page. That
worked for everything except forms. I added classes to the
individual elements in the form and looks like it did the work
except for buttons I have a button like this And it is not being
translated Do buttons need special handling? Thanks
